How We’ll Work Together: Your Custom Table Journey
Buying a high-end epoxy table online is a big deal, and we don’t take that lightly. You aren't just clicking a button; you’re starting a weeks-long project with us. To make sure you’re never left wondering "what’s happening with my order?", we’ve laid out exactly how our process works from the first click to the final delivery.
Two ways to get started
We’ve tried to make it as simple as possible. You can either:
-
Build it yourself: Use our website customizer to pick your wood, resin color, size, and legs. You can even add "White Glove" delivery right there if you want the table set up in your room for you.
-
Talk to us: If you have a specific vision that our website doesn’t cover—maybe a unique slab shape or a one-off resin tint—just shoot us an email or give us a call. We’ll talk it through, give you a real quote, and send over a custom payment link once we’re on the same page.
We don’t guess. We use blueprints.
Once your order is in, we don't just start pouring resin into the first piece of wood we find. Our team goes out and hand-picks slabs that match your request, then we create a CAD drawing.

This is your first "check-in." If the wood grain doesn't look right to you, tell us. We will keep looking for the right timber and adjusting the design until you’re 100% happy. We only move into the workshop after you’ve officially given us the "thumbs up" on the drawing.

You’re in the shop with us
We hate "radio silence" as much as you do. As your table moves through the shop, we’ll send you photos and videos of the actual work. You’ll see:
-
The raw wood being prepped and trimmed.
-
The actual moment we pour the resin (this is the best part).
-
The sanding and polishing stages.

Why bother with all these updates? Because if you see something you want to tweak—maybe the resin looks a bit different in your light than you expected—we can fix it right then. It’s a lot easier to make a change in the workshop than after the table has been shipped across the country.
Final approval and shipping
When the table is done, we’ll send you a final set of high-res photos and a "walk-around" video. We want you to see the finished product from every angle. Once you confirm it looks perfect, we’ll crate it up securely and get it on its way to you.

We’re here after the delivery, too
Our job isn’t over just because the crate left our warehouse. Once the table arrives, give it a good look. If there’s any issue at all, just take a quick photo or video and let us know. We’re committed to making it right, no matter what.
