Still waiting on resolution of the issues. The width is substantially less than the 40 inches wide specified. The finish came as Matt, was supposed to be glossy. The base extends out wider than the table and is visible. Waiting for new bases, hopefully that will solve the problem. If not, the table will have to be replaced.
Overall it was a great experience working with the design team and developing a unique table for our home. However I feel like we tripped at the finish line. I wish I was better informed about the shipping/tracking portion. I was told that the table would arrive in two to three weeks, and it showed up the next day. I'd ordered a power adaptor with the table that was shipped separately for some reason and it didn't fit the slot that was supposedly designed for it. The second power adaptor also doesn't quite fit the slot but it's good enough. Lastly, the table leg installation guide was generic and didn't cover the specific legs we had for our table.

Still trying to resolve the issue. Table was ordered to be 40 inches wide, is much more narrow. The support base is too wide and exposed on all four sides. Can’t imagine why this would have been shipped knowing that was the case. Waiting for resolution.
We absolutely love our table. From the first conversation about the wood selection to the final delivery, everyone at Seawave was incredibly helpful. They kept us updated with photos throughout the process, and the finished table looks even better than we imagined. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it truly feels like we have a one-of-a-kind piece in our home.

Took a really long time but in the end everything worked out as planned. I was really nervous about receiving it damaged because many of my deliveries have been received damaged recently. So happy this one was not! Table and base are very well built, they are unique and one-of-a-kind, and we expect to enjoy many gatherings with family and friends around the table for many years to come. Thank you!

The table top is gorgeous! I am extremely disappointed with the base — it is out of proportion with the table top and so large people sitting at the table can’t dine in comfort. To be fair — I did ask for measurements of the base, but was told there were no options other than this one foe my table.
