Customization Process:

Design Fee: $500 for 3D design drawings by our professional designers.

Quotation: Pricing is based on the materials, dimensions, and complexity of the staircase.

Deposit: Once the design is finalized, a 70% deposit is required to begin production.

Final Payment: The remaining 30% is collected upon completion and your approval of the finished product.

This is a bespoke product tailored specifically for you and cannot be transferred or resold.

During the production process, you are welcome to request modifications as per your vision. However, once completed, the staircase is non-returnable and non-refundable.
